4:00pm: Senator George McGovern will receive FLIFF's Lifetime Achievement Award on Saturday, October 22, at Bailey Hall on the Broward College campus in Davie.  Sen. McGovern will attend a special screening of ALL THE PRESIDENT'S MEN and participate in a Q&A following the film.  A montage of his incredible life will also be screened.  The event is free to FLIFF members as well as those with a Broward College ID and just $5 to all others.

Academy Award Party
The first Sunday in March, join us for South Florida's Best Oscar Party where you can see the Red Carpet and Awards on our 30' High Def Screen with Dolby Surround while you sit in plush velevet stadium seats.  Outside our 15' Courtyard screen allows you the flexibility to graze inside and out.
 
Chef Michelle has a delightful buffet and drink specials flow all night.

Cinco de Mayo
On May 5th Join US for a great party followed by a mexican film.  Tacos, Margaritas and bar specials!
 
Kentucky Derby Party
The 1st Saturday of May, the party begins at 4pm.  bet on your favorite horse and win big!  Lots of food plus Mint Juleps, Bar Specials, a Derby hat Contest and see the race on our 30' High Def Screen!
 
Cannes Beach Soiree
Since 1991, FLIFF has presented the best party at Cannes...right on the beach between The Carlton and Palais Stephanie (formerly The Noga Hilton) from 8pm - midnight on the last Wednesday of the Festival.  FLIFF Members FREE!  Contact greg@fliff.com for info on sponsorship.
 
Opening Night Italianni Film Festa

Chairman's Cruise & Brunch
The first Sunday morning of the Festival, Join US aboard The Caprice while we take a leisurely cruise with filmmakers, stars, brunch and mimosas.
 
Centerpiece
Mid way through the Fest we stop, party and catch our breath.  Join US for a lowkey, casual after film party.
 
Wrap Party
I think the staff is the most relieved and the biggest partiers ...after the world's longest fest, only the sttrong survive and they are rewarded with the Wrap.  Tickets $20 FLIFF Members and $25 Non-Members.

High School Video Screenings & Awards
The first Saturday morning of the Festival, we honor the outstanding videos of the High School Video Competition.  Following the awards, there is a pizza party in the Courtyard.
 
BOO-tacular
The night before Halloween...Cinema Paradiso does the coolest Fright Night Party ever...all geared to pre-tweens.  A pumpkin patch in the yard welcomes you...then hop aboard our horse-drawn hayride around the river...then the FLIFF Staff, all in costume, present treats.  On-stage, a Scream Contest and a Costume Contest (and nobody loses!).  Then a cute, non-scary Halloween film for kids.  All free!
