Our Purchase Policy is designed to provide you with the information you need to ensure a smooth transaction and trouble-free retrieval of your tickets once you get to the theater. Please take a minute to read the following:

In accordance with our Terms of Use, FLIFF does not offer refunds or exchanges of tickets purchased on online or via phone. Before purchasing your tickets we urge you to confirm the title, time and date of the movie you wish to see.

Non-FLIFF members will be charged a $1 per ticket service charge with a max of $6 on any given order. Online and telephone tickets are always free to our members.

Unless specified, all tickets will be available at the Cinema Paradiso Will Call window prior to the showtime. No tickets will be mailed.

To insure that the theater is at maximum capacity, in the event of a sold out show; all seats will be filled prior to the start time of the screening or performance. IF you arrive late and there are no seats available, you will be refunded your ticketed amount.
