FLIFF's annual holiday tradition continues as we kick off the season (to be jolly) with a weekend of traditional and not so traditional holiday movies....ALL FREE! Shut your eyes and you can imagine Cinema Paradiso transformed into a Winter Wonderland!!

All films and parties are FREE with the minimum donation of two cans of food or one new unwrapped toy per person. The toys go to ChildNet and the Cans go to the Broward Partnership for the Homeless.
FLIFF kicks off the season The annual FLIFF "Can" Film Festival Charity kicks off Friday, November 30...
6pm-7:15pm With Short Christmas Films for Kids in the theater and FLIFF's Holiday Party in the courtyard featuring Eggnog (spiked for adults), Hot Apple Cider, Light hors d'oeuvres, Holiday Treats. AND Horse Drawn Hayrides (for the adults and kids).
Followed by the feature presentation:
7:30pm TRAPPED IN PARADISE starring Nicolas Cage, Dana Carvey & Jon Lovitz as crooks stuck in a small town which is just good-will-obsessed.
Admission is two cans of food OR 1 new toy per person. 
The remaining films run all day December 1 and 2, starting off Saturday morning with our FAB Films for Kids, featuring "Polar Express screenings at Cinema Paradiso at 10am, plus a very special outdoor screening under the stars at the Weston Town Center at 7pm!

Robert Zemekis directs Tom Hanks in this wonderfully animated, groundbreaking film examining the belief and disbelief of Christmas, the meaning of Christmas and of course, Santa Claus
12 noon MUPPET'S CHRISTMAS CAROL
Michael Caine stars as Scrooge alongside those puffy, fabric enriched characters.
2pm THE SANTA CLAUSE
Tim Allen through a technicality, becomes Santa Claus.
4pm ELF
Will Ferrell as an overgrown Elf.
6pm A CHRISTMAS STORY
BB Guns, Bunny Suits, a Leg of Lamp and Chinese Duck…ah Christmas!
8pm SURVIVING CHRISTMAS
Ben Affleck has too much cash and not enough Christmas memories…so he buys some. With James Gandolfini, Christina Applegate & Catherine O'Hara.
