After years on the run he comes to the aid of a young inner-city kid that’s looking to shake the ruthless drug dealers that killed his brother and are trying to drag him into their dark world. A single social worker mother that doesn’t want to lose another son to the streets, a corrupt cop looking for something more to help and an inner-city status quo that leaves a young Reggie Hall with no good options in life.
